Q.
What are the conditions / requirements for ad renewal requests?
A.
When available, ad renewal requests may be limited in quantity. They may
be limited to certain time periods (e.g. never after the completion of
the present target cycle). They are limited to eligible ads which currently
appear on the site. Some ads may not be renewable (e.g. free ad offer
ads). Renewal requests may also have various other conditions /
requirements. For more information, click
here.

| Question
Summary
Q.
Do you notify me that my ad is eligible for renewal?
A.
Whether or not your ad is eligible for renewal, we may (but are not
required to) notify you of the upcoming end of your target cycle. If you
receive such a notice, please read it carefully as it may tell you
whether or not your ad is eligible for possible renewal.

| Question
Summary
Q.
If I am notified that my ad may be renewed, does this guarantee that my
ad will be renewed if I pay the processing fee?
A.
No. We do not guarantee that any ad will appear on this site, even
renewed ads. Even though a non-refundable ad renewal request processing
fee may be paid, this is not a guarantee that your ad will continue to
appear on the site. Even if we invite you to request the renewal of your
ad, we do not guarantee that your renewed ad will ever appear on the
site.

Summary
Q.
How many renewals are allowed?
A.
The number of authorized renewal requests depends of the type of ad. For
more information on the maximum number of authorized renewal requests, click

Top
| Question
Summary
Q.
How many renewal requests should be purchased together?
A.
Do not purchase more than one at a time. Remember that separate
identifying information must be provided for each and every renewal
request so that we may identify the ad you wish to renew. If you combine
requests, you will only be able to enter one set of identifying
information. If you do not follow these instructions and you purchase
multiple renewal requests together, we may choose to (but are not
required to) - at our sole option - process your renewal request for one
ad for multiple cycles (or we may process but not schedule your renewed
ad). In any event, we cannot refund processing fees or apply them to
other ads. Be careful to carefully follow our guidelines when requesting
ad renewals.

Summary
Q.
Is there a processing fee for ad renewals too?
A.
Yes. Where (or if) ad renewal requests are allowed, they may be eligible
for a reduced processing fee (according to the indicated conditions).

| Question
Summary
Q.
If I pay a processing fee to renew my ad, am I guaranteed that my
'renewed ad' will appear on the site?
A.
Unfortunately, no. As indicated above, processing fees are somewhat like
non-refundable application fees - they do not guarantee that what one
applies for will be granted, but only that it will be given some
consideration. Also note that renewal requests that don't meet our
requirements (e.g. renewal requests for ads that are past the end of
their target cycle, renewal requests for free ads or otherwise
non-eligible ads, etc.) may be processed, even though an ad is
unscheduled. Therefore, you should be certain that your ad qualifies for
renewal before you pay the non-refundable renewal request ad processing
fee. We do not want to take your renewal fee if your ad will not appear,
so please do not put us in that position. [Note that even if an ad is
ineligible for renewal, your submission of an ad renewal request may force us to
process your ad, even though it will end up as unscheduled (therefore we
may have to take your payment even though your ad will not appear on the
site).]

whatsoever to renewed ads.

If you have requested that your ad be deleted, yet it still appears on

requests to be processed, and (2) that deletion requests which are not
properly completed may be subject to automatic rejection, and that (3)
only certain ads may be eligible for deletion. Furthermore, note that we
do not guarantee that deletion requests will be honored or that deleted
ads will be permanently deleted. If you have changed or canceled your
offer / request yet it still appears on the site, you may simply notify
interested parties that your offer has been revoked or changed (unless

| Question
Summary
Q.
Can someone else request deletion of or changes to my ad?
A.
We do not allow changes to ads. Regarding deletion of ads (when
allowed), certain information may be required which should not be
readily available to others (e.g. order number and/or other information
from your original ad request) in order to request ad deletion. Also, we
may require a response from you which contains a pre-assigned number in
order to complete an ad deletion request (click here for more
information). Therefore, you should be careful that others do not
acquire this information. If they do acquire this information/pose as
you, we may delete your ad. Should your ad be deleted without your
permission, we are not responsible, nor can we "reinstate"
your ad. We are not responsible for any problems which may occur
(including problems with e-mail, fraudulent use of this site, etc.).
Remember that by requesting an ad, you agree to all our terms.

| Question
Summary
Q.
Can I get a refund for my ad?
A.
There are no refunds for ads. Ad processing fees are non-refundable,
regardless of whether a requested ad appears on the site, how long it
appears, what content is displayed, etc. Remember that we cannot "unprocess"
an ad, therefore you are not entitled to a refund of processing fees.
Top
| Question
Summary
Q.
Why don't you provide refunds?
A.
Our policy is not to provide refunds for processing fees. Remember that
processing fees are somewhat like non-refundable application fees - they
do not guarantee that what one applies for will be granted, but only
that it will be given some consideration. We warn users that we do not
provide refunds for processing fees, even if ads do not appear on our
site. Further, remember that ad requests / ad content submissions / etc.
- even if they do not appear on the site (or do not have the disposition
the submitter had desired) - still use our time / resources / etc.
Payment processing itself may involve special costs. Inappropriate ad
requests may take up as much (or even more) of our resources than
appropriate ad requests. The fact that a processing fee is
non-refundable even if an ad does not appear on our site may also help
conserve our resources (and thereby keep our prices lower) by preventing
some inappropriate submissions and compensating us for those that are
submitted. Furthermore, the processing of refunds would cost us
additional time / resources / etc. And finally, given the low prices of
our ads, refund processing fees that we may charge may be higher than
the refund amount itself

| Question
Summary
Q.
What if I request a refund right after I submit my ad request (and
before you have time to fully process it)?
A.
Even if you a request a refund immediately after submitting your ad

of an ad request, you have already placed your request in the system for
consideration. Remember that your use of the system itself may incur
various costs on our end (e.g. payment processing fees, computer time,
bandwidth, etc.) and may require that a certain amount of our time be
spent - regardless of the disposition of your ad request. Please do not
contact us regarding refunds. Any such correspondence may be subject to
auto rejection. Note: Do not request an ad if you are not certain you
wish it to appear on our site!

A.
Sorry, no. Ad requests for free ads must be processed appropriately,

What if I paid for the wrong type of ad - may I get a refund?
A.
Sorry, but if you pay a processing fee for the wrong type of ad, we
cannot refund your payment. Even if you pay the processing fee for a
more expensive ad than you wanted, we cannot refund your payment (and we
cannot offer you the other, less expensive, ad). Instead, as applicable,
you may chose to submit content for the ad you actually requested.

I paid extra for processing a red headline or other "ad

A.
Unfortunately, no. There is no guarantee that your ad will appear on the
site and no guarantee regarding any "ad enhancements" being
included with any ad (displayed or otherwise). Note that even if your
requested ad enhancement did not appear on a displayed ad, the
processing fee remains applicable since the ad was processed. Note that
in some cases, we may chose not to complete a requested ad enhancement

| Question
Summary
Q.
What steps are included in "processing"?
A.
The term "processing" refers to our internal process(es),
which may be many or few step(s), and which may vary depending upon the
ad request, ad type, scheduling, subjective decisions, etc.
Specifically, any human or machine involvement after ad is requested -
no matter how slight, even if just related to payment may constitute
"processing".

| Question
Summary
Q.
What is pre-processing?
A.
"Pre-processing" refers to optional step(s) on our end. We MAY
preprocess as a courtesy, but it is NOT required. Pre-processing may be
limited to certain ad requests which "jump out at us", it may
be limited per hour, moment, day, week, person, advertiser, etc., or it
may be prohibited altogether.
Top
| Question
Summary
Q.
What is the difference between processing and pre-processing?
A.
There may be little to no difference. Pre-processing is an optional
courtesy which MAY be used in order to avoid charging someone* if we see
that an ad is likely to be unscheduled, or to pre-review an ad request
if we suspect a problem, or to cut down our overall processing time, or
for any other reason. We do not promise to preprocess! We do not promise
that any ad request that is pre-processed will not later be processed.
[*Note: This may be accomplished via a refund (without prejudice to
our stated no refund policy).]

Do you promise to pre-process ad requests?
A.
No. We do not promise to pre-process any ad requests whatsoever.
Top
| Question
Summary
Q.
Why might you pre-process one ad request and not another?
A.
As indicated, pre-processing is an optional step that we are not
required to do. It may be a subjective decision. We may prohibit or
limit preprocessing at our sole option at any time. You should NEVER
assume your ad will be preprocessed!
Top
| Question
Summary
Q.
Does the term "processed" mean "approved"?
A.
No. Processing simply refers to internal processing. Processed ad
requests may result in ads that are scheduled or unscheduled. Generally
speaking, scheduled ads may appear on the site whereas unscheduled ads
may not.

Our policy is to charge a processing fee for all ad requests (other than
for free ads, certain ad types, or for ad requests that did not move
forward from pre-processing*). We may, however, make some exceptions* at
our sole discretion. [* Note: This may be accomplished via a refund

Q.
Might there be additional processing steps / additional questions / etc.
regarding ad requests for sections / pages / etc. labeled 'Catholic' (or
for those who indicate that they are Catholic or have a certain Catholic

A.
We may - but are not required to - request additional information in
various commercial sections / pages / etc. labeled Catholic at our sole
option (or for those who indicate that they are Catholic or have a
certain Catholic affiliation). This may or may not occur on a random
basis. Note that we may inquire regarding ownership information, mission
statement, funding sources, etc. We may require that the individual /
organization / group / etc. indicate their status in relation to the
perennial magisterium. We may require that they submit certain materials
/ information / samples / etc. (possibly via postal mail). We may
compare provided information with various source(s) (including those of
any given year, not necessarily the current year). We may require that
various questions be answered. Etc. If our requests are not responded to
on a timely basis, all the advertiser's advertisement(s) may be marked
as unscheduled. [Note that if we do contact you, we will not ask for
personal information.] Users of this site, however, should assume that
we have not taken any additional steps / requested any additional
