"Of all
devotions, that of adoring Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is the greatest after
the sacraments, the one dearest to God and the one most helpful to us" (St.
Alphonsus Liguori, Doctor of the Church)
"Our Lady
wants all to wear the Scapular. The Scapular and the Rosary are inseparable."
(Sr. Lucy of Fatima)

among the several rites and manners of paying honor to the Blessed Mary, some
are to be preferred, inasmuch as we know them to be most powerful and most
pleasing to our Mother; and for this reason we specially mention by name and
recommend the Rosary." (Pope Leo XIII, "Octobri Mense", 1891 A.D.)

Why wasn't
Faustina's 'Divine Mercy' Devotion listed above?
Tradition-minded Catholics may avoid this controversial
devotion as Faustina – who admits her body smelled like a corpse (in contrast
to other saints who emitted pleasant fragrances) – is known for a diary which
contains factual errors, contradictions, unfulfilled prophecies, and theological
issues. For more information on issues regarding Faustina's 'Divine Mercy'
devotion, please try the "What's Up With Faustina's Divine Mercy Devotion?"
