Question / Issue:

"Do Catholics use the word 'fellowship'? For example, would the term 'Coffee Fellowship' for coffee after Mass be a good term to use?"

That term is used by the Early Church Fathers (at least in an English translation) and it appears in both traditional and modern Bible translations, so there's nothing inherently wrong with the term. However, this word is now commonly used by Protestants and people may therefore associate the term with heretical 'worship services'. Personally, I would recommend using another term for a Catholic activity (perhaps club, guild, society, or something with Jesus, Mary, or a saint's name). Also, I ran this by another Catholic and they similarly associate the term "fellowship" with Protestants. They concurred in my recommendation to choose another term.
