<a certain page>, but the new location doesn't work even though I copy and
pasted the link."

Thank you for your
feedback. We're sorry you experienced a problem with the link. On the old page,
the URL contains spaces with a note to remove all spaces when visiting the new
link. The reason for the spaces is that this generally fools automated systems
that harvest URLs (for the purpose of bombarding recipients with spam). In fact,
the reason the page in question was moved in the first place is because spammers
had the old URL in their system and they were continually bombarding us with
junk e-mail. We generally try *not* to move pages on our site, but with forms
that accept user input, it is sometimes necessary to move them to escape
spammers. Unfortunately, when we do have to move pages for this reason, we
cannot put a regular link from the old page to the new page because the spammers
will simply follow the link on the old page and start spamming us using the new
page. Therefore, on the old page, we have to include a new URL (e.g. with
spaces) that humans can read but automated harvesting systems generally cannot
read. While this causes some inconvenience for humans (who have to remove the
spaces to use the URLs), we have generally found it to be the best solution to
this problem. We are sorry that in your case, you experienced difficulty with
the link.
