Unfortunately some
parishes constructed since, or renovated since, the
Second Vatican Council may not contain kneelers (or have only a few
kneelers). If you find this to be the case, you might want to consider another
parish. Even if a parish has no kneelers, kneeling is still necessary for those
physically able...
"Enter, let us
bow down in worship; let us kneel before the LORD who made us." (Ps. 95:6)
"...at the name of
Jesus every knee should bend, of those in heaven and on earth and under the
earth..." (St. Paul, Phil. 2:10)
"All who sleep in
the earth will bow low before God; All who have gone down into the dust will
kneel in homage." (Ps. 22:30)
"I bend my knee
to the Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, from whom all paternity in heaven and on
earth is named..." (St. Paul, Eph. 3:14)
You might seek out a
parish that offers the
Traditional Latin Mass as such parishes may be 'less likely' to be devoid of
kneelers.
Did you know?
Those wishing to avoid harmful post-Vatican II novelties may, thanks be to God,
still lawfully attend the
Traditional Latin Mass. The Traditional Latin ('Tridentine') Mass differs
from the 1960's
Novus Ordo Mass in many & significant ways (try
