"I think you have blocked my IP due to major use of the site for my students' projects..."

Thank you for your feedback. I have confirmed that the indicated IP number has been manually blocked. After your explanation, we were able to remove the block. Please note that blocks may occur manually or automatically to protect the server if it is suspected that the server is under attack (e.g. DoS/DDoS attacks). In the future, if possible, it may be useful to space out queries to avoid being blocked (e.g. have fewer students use the site at any given time). And now we unfortunately have more resource limits than in the past and, regrettably, those can NOT be adjusted (see here). As a result, errors may also be displayed. They may clear up on their own after a period of time if the site is not accessed by the same IP in the meantime and/or if the traffic slows.

Should an IP get blocked, please wait a while to make sure the issue doesn't resolve on its own. If it persists, please contact us and provide the IP number, the date/time of suspected block, and the suspected reason (e.g. heavy use of the site by a school) so that we might see if anything can be done to remove the block. If your IP is blocked, you may need to use another connection (e.g. with different IP number) in order to reach us. Please note that if the issue is due to resource limits, there may be nothing at all we can do (as this is unfortunately beyond our control). We apologize for any inconvenience.
