* What has the
Church always taught on the matter?
* What moral
alternatives are available?
* What are the
expected/likely/foreseeable outcomes?
* What would Jesus,
Mary, or the Saints do?
Remember
that...
* One must
NEVER do evil so that good may result (it is NEVER licit to sin!)
* "A morally good act requires the goodness of the object, of the end, and of
the circumstances together." (Ref. Vatican Website/"Catechism of the Catholic
Church")
* One
should do unto others as he/she would like done to him/her
* We will
have to answer for every action/inaction at judgment
Note: For
help evaluating moral choices, it may be useful to consult a good, holy priest. And
don't forget earnest prayer.
