First, I assume this
is done out of necessity. Secondly, I assume this will be done with all
necessary permissions. Third, the following
is from Canon Law concerning the proper place for Mass, as per the Vatican
website...
Art. 4. THE TIME AND
PLACE OF THE CELEBRATION OF THE EUCHARIST Can. 931 The
celebration and distribution of the Eucharist can be done at any day and hour
except those which the liturgical norms exclude.
Can. 932 §1. The
eucharistic celebration is to be carried out in a sacred place unless in a
particular case necessity requires otherwise; in such a case the celebration
must be done in a decent place.
§2. The eucharistic
sacrifice must be carried out on a dedicated or blessed altar; outside a
sacred place a suitable table can be used, always with a cloth and a corporal.
Regarding the specific items that will be needed as well as any preparations
that may be necessary, you would really
need to contact the priest who will be saying the Mass.
Lastly, outside of legitimate reasons, having Mass said in the home
of laity is not
something I would generally recommend. As indicated
above, I have assumed in your case that this will be done out of legitimate
necessity in accord with the Church's rules.
