Yes, you can just walk up to the priest outside of Mass and ask him to bless the Miraculous Medal (or other holy object). Frequently priests are asked to bless objects after Mass. However, if you have a more urgent need, you could stop by the parish or make an appointment for the priest to bless your medal.
