1. Unfortunately, the prices on our paperback books on Amazon.com had to increase as we were notified by Amazon that printing costs would change on 6/20/23. They referenced increased cost of materials and labor. Please note that we did NOT increase prices on our own initiative, and we do NOT expect to receive additional royalties as a result of the price increases (see here for more information).

2. The new prices may take affect at any time.

3. We believe all paperback books will experience a price increase, possibly excluding a color paperback (iStations/Color). The exact details may vary by marketplace.

4. We believe (but cannot guarantee) the new prices will be as follows in the US marketplace (not including tax/shipping)...

5. At this time (5/2023), we are not aware of changed prices on Kindle editions.

6. It is true that we have been prevented by Amazon from making pricing changes for various books (see here), however in 5/23, Amazon provided a 'one-time bulk list price update' option when they notified us of increased printing costs. We did NOT directly control the amount of increase as the bulk update option was simply to preserve the same royalty as previously earned per book. Amazon did NOT offer us this tool in the past (e.g. when prices increased in Australia, potentially leaving us with $0 royalties for books sold there), and it now appears to be for 'one time only' use before 6/20/23.

7. We do NOT expect to receive any more royalties on book sales. The bulk-update option provided by Amazon is only to cover extra printing costs. It is supposed to keep our royalties per book unchanged. In other words, 'the prices increased but Amazon gets the entire increase.' We have not 'raised our prices', so to speak. We have only used the Amazon provided option to continue to receive the same royalties per book sold. If anything, our revenues may decrease as the higher prices may turn off some buyers.

8. At this time, we are planning to remove or update some (but probably not all) prices on our site. On our main books page, we plan to include a link to this page for pricing information rather than change prices individually. We believe we have been careful to note on our site that prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Always refer to place of purchase for current pricing information.
